Our Mission
Hope and Health Foundation is a nonprofit with a mission to raise awareness of healthy living pathways for the underprivileged by providing health care resources and education. The Foundation will also provide financial assistance for home health nursing benefiting the homeless and indigent. Every year, the Hope and Health Foundation will provide scholarships to minority high school students who are planning careers in health care.
Our History
After over a combined fifty-five years in health care, Gregory Doty and Sunil Lata, the founders of Hope and Health Foundation, had a desire to give back to the community. They believe that with passion, insight, and hard work they can address the health disparities that are present in minority communities.

Help Our Cause
Hope and Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Every donation is tax deductible. 95% of your generous donation will directly fund our programs. 5% will be used for administration and advertising.
